60-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 60 days from the date of your purchase to test our products. If you don’t see the results you expected, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs).

How to Request a Refund

  3. Return Shipping: In some cases, we may require the remaining product or packaging to be returned to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.

Processing Your Refund

Once your request is received and inspected (if a return was required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Damaged or Defective Items
