This Privacy Policy describes how Blue Oak Capital LLC d/b/a ACROM ("ACROM," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from tryacrom.com or getacrom.com (collectively, the "Site"). It also describes the privacy rights available to residents of California, the European Economic Area / United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Device Information (collected automatically). When you visit the Site, we collect information about your device and browsing, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, the pages and products you view, referring sites and search terms, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, and pixels.

Order Information (you provide). When you make or attempt a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information (processed by our payment providers), email address, and phone number.

Communications. If you contact support, sign up for email, or opt in to text messages, we collect the information you provide and your communication preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: fulfill and ship orders; process payments and prevent fraud; communicate with you about orders, support, and (with your consent) marketing; manage subscriptions; improve and optimize the Site; and comply with legal obligations.

If you opt in to receive text messages from ACROM, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional texts at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver advertising. 5. Advertising and Analytics — How We Share Information

We use third-party advertising and analytics services to measure and target advertising. This currently includes the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and may include similar advertising platforms (such as TikTok) that we use from time to time. To do this, we share certain Device Information and identifiers with these platforms.

Important for California residents: This kind of advertising-related data sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law. You have the right to opt out — see Section 8.

6. Sharing Your Personal Information

We share personal information with: service providers that help us run our business (e.g., Shopify, which powers our store; our payment processors; shipping and fulfillment partners; email/SMS providers; and advertising and analytics partners); and with authorities when required to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

7. Data Retention

We retain your Order Information for our records and for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes for as long as necessary, and we retain account information until you ask us to delete it, subject to our legal obligations.

8. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect, use, and share; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) correct inaccurate personal information; and (d) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (including the advertising-related sharing described in Section 5). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

9. Your European / UK Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, update, port, restrict, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@tryacrom.com.

We process your information to perform our contract with you (e.g., to fulfill an order), to comply with legal obligations, with your consent (e.g., marketing), and to pursue our legitimate business interests. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States; we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
