At ACROM, we offer a subscription service so you never run out of your favorite products. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how you are billed, and how to cancel. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms below, which are part of our Terms of Service.
1. How Subscriptions Work
When you select a subscription at checkout, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you choose, and you affirmatively authorize ACROM and our payment processors to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Before you complete your purchase, we clearly disclose: the products included, the recurring price, the billing frequency, and the fact that the subscription renews automatically. By placing a subscription order you confirm you have seen and agreed to these terms.
2. Recurring Charges and Pricing
- Recurring charges. Your payment details are stored securely with our payment processor, and you will be charged the then-current subscription price for each scheduled delivery until you cancel.
- Frequency and amount. Your billing frequency and amount are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. You can confirm your next charge date at any time by emailing support@tryacrom.com.
- Price changes. Subscription prices may change over time. Any price change will apply to future billing cycles, not past ones, and you can cancel at any time before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue at a new price.
3. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
We believe in total flexibility. You can change, pause, or cancel anytime, with no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
To cancel, change, pause, or skip your subscription, email us at support@tryacrom.com from any device. Include the email address used for your purchase, and let us know what you'd like to do.
More flexible options before you cancel. If a subscription isn't working for you, you may not need to cancel at all. When you contact us, we can:
- Skip an upcoming shipment;
- Pause your subscription;
- Change your delivery frequency (e.g., from every month to every two or three months); or
- Adjust the products in your subscription.
We may offer one or more of these alternatives so you can keep the benefits and pricing of your subscription. You are always free to proceed with cancellation if you prefer.
When your cancellation takes effect. If you email us before your next billing date, we will treat your cancellation as effective as of the date and time we receive your email — even if it takes us up to 48 hours to process it administratively. You will not be charged for a renewal that you requested to cancel before the billing date.
4. Cancellation Timing
To stop your next scheduled shipment, please email your cancellation request before your next billing date. If a renewal order has already been billed and shipped before we receive your request, your cancellation will apply to the following scheduled delivery, and the shipped order is handled under our Refund/Return Policy.
5. Returns on Subscription Orders
Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Subsequent recurring orders are covered by our standard Refund/Return Policy. To return a recurring shipment, contact support@tryacrom.com.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring charge fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you. If we cannot process payment, we may pause or cancel your subscription until your payment method is updated.
